All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Custom orders must include accurate contact information so I can reach you if clarification is needed. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may delay your order.

3. Shipping & Processing Times

Processing times vary by item unless marked as “Ready to Ship.” Ready‑to‑ship products are mailed within 1–2 business days, provided no custom items are included in the same order. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to postal service issues or high‑volume seasons. Once an item is shipped, I am not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If an issue arises within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact me so I can review the situation. In certain cases, I may offer a partial refund or a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue and the condition of the item. These decisions are made case‑by‑case.

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created based on the details you provide. Please double‑check your fabric choices, measurements, and personalization requests before submitting. Custom orders are non‑refundable unless an error was made on my end.

Product photos represent the general look of each item. Pattern placement may vary. Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

7. VIP Group & Communication

You are welcome to join my VIP group to browse in‑stock fabrics and plan custom orders. This group is the most accurate place to view current fabric availability. Email communication is welcome, but response times may vary.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

Your personal information (name, email, address) is used solely for order processing and communication. I do not sell or share your information with third parties.
